Help patients take control of their health by joining CareHarmony’s Patient Engagement Specialist team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll educate and enroll patients with chronic illnesses into a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program that makes managing their health easier.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm CST
- Consistent schedule, no commute required
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients from an assigned pool, educating them about CareHarmony’s care coordination program
- Build rapport and tailor messaging to address each patient’s unique demographics and health concerns
- Persuade and enroll patients into the program with empathy and professionalism
- Document calls and data accurately while managing high call volumes (80%+ of time on phone)
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve enrollment metrics and program goals
- Provide warm, patient-focused communication to encourage program participation
What You Need
- Associate degree or higher required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven adaptability in a high-volume environment
- Prior sales or patient engagement experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Empathetic, patient-focused mindset with professional phone etiquette
- Must reside in the United States
