Enrollment Counselors are responsible for advising new students (excluding reentry students) on admissions and degree completion requirements, enrollment processes, and supporting students throughout the enrollment cycle from point of inquiry to course registration. Enrollment Counselors provide information and support to prospective undergraduate, graduate and certificate students (excluding prospective Principal Licensure Program students). Enrollment Counselors help potential students determine if CSU Global is a university that will support attainment of their educational and professional goals. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enroll new students into University programs
- Retain newly enrolled students from the point of registration through the term start
- Conduct regular phone, email and text outreach to prospective students in accordance with daily outreach and contact time expectations set by department leadership
- Meet Pipeline Management expectations as determined by department leadership
- Operate in compliance with all university, state, and federal policies and processes to ensure a superior student experience focused on providing accurate and effective information to support their decision making
- Document all activities related to student interactions

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university
- Two years of experience in higher education enrollment or closely related industry/sales role

Salary: $48,000 – $53,000 annually (Commensurate with experience.)
