- Standard business hours with occasional travel for new client integrations
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all enrollment activities, including EFT, ERA, and EDI setup and maintenance through clearinghouses and payer portals
- Supervise billing associates, ensuring productivity, QA reviews, and training needs are met
- Manage departmental KPIs, workflows, and quality assurance processes
- Conduct huddles, team development sessions, and annual performance evaluations
- Report on client benchmarks and implement process improvements as needed
- Handle time management approvals and payroll processing for assigned associates
What You Need
- 3–5 years of enrollment processing experience with EFT, ERA/835, and EDI (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, calculations, automation, and data analysis)
- 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in billing or revenue cycle management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee team performance, and drive process improvements
