Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact, you will:

  • Receive in-bound calls from customers about enrollments
  • Listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with them to find a resolution
  • Use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
  • Provide exceptional, world-class service with every call
  • Make a connection, engage and build rapport with each caller

Shift details include:

  • Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST (8-5pm/9-6pm PST)
  • Our hours of operation are seven days a week 365 days a year, including some holidays. We may be closed in observance of some major holidays.
  • This job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) five days on with at least one weekend day off.
  • Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it is important that you have open availability.
  • Your pay shift differentials for evening and weekend schedules worked.

We will train you:

  • In a combination of virtual “class room” & “on the job” training that is typically 4-6 weeks long but duration can vary *Update to 4-6 weeks
  • Class room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm PST with a lunch break
  • Upon completion of class room training you will receive your regular shift & start working those hours

You will work remotely:

  • Our office is located at 11222 Quail Roost Dr. Miami, FL 33157.
  • If working remotely, you are required to have strong and steady Internet services with the minimum Internet speed of 50Mbsp download and a minimum of 3Mbsp upload speed. You can test your Internet speed at www.speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider.

Pay Range:$18.23 – $29.17

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
