Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (Dallas, TX preferred)
  • Opening date: October 10, 2025

What You’ll Do

  • Review, prepare, and certify client deliverables including actuarial valuations, reports, benefit statements, plan documents, and employee communications
  • Perform and review nondiscrimination testing, ASC 715/960, and combined plan testing
  • Research pension law, IRS code, and technical resources to resolve client issues
  • Answer technical questions from staff and provide training as needed
  • Review benefit calculations, Form 5500s, PBGC forms, and IRS determination filings
  • Ensure client projects meet quality standards and organizational service expectations
  • Support other teams and projects as needed while protecting confidential client data

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
  • Enrolled Actuary designation with 5+ years of industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of pension law, plan documents, and IRS determination letters
  • Expertise in actuarial valuations and pension valuation software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong technical, analytical, and research skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues to staff and clients clearly
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and teamwork abilities
