What You’ll Do
- Deliver interactive training (courses, live sessions, resources) for internal tools and product knowledge
- Build and maintain materials for platforms like Tableau, Gong, Salesloft, Gainsight, and Salesforce
- Support and evolve new hire onboarding programs in Highspot
- Track and report new hire progress and update onboarding schedules
- Manage content governance, reporting, and organization in Highspot
- Provide insights and usage updates to stakeholders and optimize platform adoption
- Assist with planning and coordinating Go-to-Market kickoff events, including logistics and engagement
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales enablement, L&D, or content management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and project multitasking abilities
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently
- Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, Gong a plus
- Background in enabling sales or customer success teams preferred
