Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote position
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours (Eastern Time)
- Equipment provided; personal phone required for outbound calls to insurance carriers
What You’ll Do
- Work commercial claims that are pending, denied, or incorrectly paid
- Review and resolve claims on hold by identifying issues and following up
- Research denials and file appeals or provide additional information as needed
- Handle correspondence, including mail, email, and refunds
- Support smooth claim resolution and compliance with all filing deadlines
What You Need
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to manage large volumes of work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Prior claims, billing, or insurance experience helpful
