Digitech is seeking EMS Insurance Billers to resolve claims after submission to commercial insurance carriers. This fully remote position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to manage high claim volumes on tight deadlines.

Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote position
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Eastern Time schedule
- Equipment provided (personal phone required for outbound insurance calls)
What You’ll Do
- Work claims that are pending, on hold, denied, or incorrectly paid by insurance carriers
- Investigate and resolve issues causing claims to remain unpaid or on hold
- Review denials, identify reasons, and follow up with appeals or corrections as needed
- Provide insurance carriers with additional documentation to ensure correct processing
- Handle correspondence via mail, email, and assist with necessary refunds
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM
- Ability to manage large volumes of claims while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional phone manner
- Ability to stay calm and effective during calls with insurance carriers
- Experience in metrics-driven or performance-monitored environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasks
