Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional overtime as needed
- 2 weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- 100% remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Configure and maintain content in the PA Hub
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and seamless system setup
- Monitor configuration quality and accuracy
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements
- Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adhering to strict guidelines
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of healthcare or relevant technical experience (pharmacy preferred)
- Strong data analysis and content creation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, with flexibility for occasional overtime
Preferred
- 2+ years of PBM experience (prior authorization coding, clinical content management, or related)
- Experience with prescription claims platforms like Rxclaim
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- ServiceNow experience
