Expanding at a rapid pace, Gopuff is seeking to hire a Employee Service Center Representative to join the People & Culture Team. This role will be responsible for managing tickets and emails from employees who need answers for general inquiries about their benefits, time clock issues, payroll, I9, onboarding and daily functions through our HCM system Workday.
