Schedule

  • 100% Remote – must reside in the U.S.
  • Training and work from home office setup
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
  • Shifts by time zone:
    • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET
    • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT
    • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MT
    • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT
  • Start date: November 10, 2025 (training attendance required, no absences first month)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately respond to caller inquiries and document all details
  • Ensure compliance and timely completion of all transactions
  • Take accountability for cases from start to resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and problem solve

What You Need

  • Prior experience in benefits administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider roles
  • Service center or customer service experience required
  • Strong customer focus and phone etiquette
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital systems
  • Team-oriented, competitive, and solutions-driven mindset

Requirements

  • High-speed internet (20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum)
  • Ethernet cable connection strongly recommended
