Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-step email campaign strategies using Instantly.ai
- Manage campaign setup, deployment, sequencing, and optimization
- Segment audiences for precision outreach and improved conversion rates
- Partner with creative teams on email copy, visuals, and subject lines
- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, cadence, send timing, and CTAs
- Track open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and ROI
- Own Instantly.ai platform configuration, workflows, templates, and list hygiene
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry standards
- Align campaigns with sales and marketing priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing email campaigns end-to-end
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Instantly.ai
- Strong data analysis skills and optimization mindset
- Experience running A/B tests and reporting insights
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Detail-driven, organized, able to juggle deadlines
- HTML/CSS familiarity and automation tool experience are a plus
