Responsibilities
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
Providing first-level support for payroll, taxation, wage & hour compliance, garnishment, payment options, expense reporting, and more
Assisting with HR-related activities
Supporting the Emergency Operations Center during disaster situations
Managing third-party interpreters during calls
Resolving employee and field issues according to established policies and procedures
Collaborating with 2nd level teams for complex issues
Documenting all inbound calls in the case management tool
Assisting with special projects or specialized team roles
Qualifications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Possess excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Demonstrate patience in dealing with confused or irate customers
Have strong problem-solving skills
Are committed to continual education about the company and its processes
Can manage a fast-paced inbound contact center environment
Have technical proficiencies in MS Office Suite, Bullhorn, Salesforce, and front office applications
Bonus: Have previous experience with Kelly Services Branch, are bilingual in French Canadian or Spanish, and have knowledge of Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Peoplenet, AESOP, and Payroll
