Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (Pacific Time Zone required; California preferred)
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Flexible schedule with benefits and PTO
What You’ll Do
- Review, prepare, and submit client filings through Steno’s eFiling portal
- Accurately enter client and order details into databases; manage updates and close out orders
- Prioritize rush assignments and maintain clear communication with clients
- Provide updates, conformed copies, and resolve filing rejections
- Handle client calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor multiple systems to ensure timely fulfillment of all orders
- Maintain accurate notes on client interactions and escalate issues when needed
What You Need
- 3+ years in litigation support, legal documentation, or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of California Superior Court filing procedures
- Experience with eFiling platforms (LegalConnect, One Legal, etc.) and legal CMS tools
- Background working with legal support vendors, affiliates, or process servers
- Highly organized with strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments
- Must reside in Pacific Time Zone; California residency preferred
