Schedule

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit payer applications to configure EDI claims, ERA, and EFT through clearinghouses and payer portals
- Investigate payer enrollment denials and errors, escalating and resolving as needed
- Review correspondence from payers and take appropriate action
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Management and Strategy & Operations to resolve enrollment tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate enrollment records in Candid Health’s systems
- Meet productivity and quality KPIs while following HIPAA guidelines
- Stay current on workflows, systems, and department tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (medical billing or healthcare/healthtech)
- Experience with EDI enrollment; Change Healthcare familiarity is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset
- Self-starter with excellent multitasking skills
- High attention to detail, with an understanding of when speed vs. perfection is required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive, cooperative attitude with comfort working across all organizational levels
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $22–$27 per hour, depending on skills and experience
