- Fully remote (USA-based)
- Pay range: $22–$27 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit EDI, ERA, and EFT applications through clearinghouse and payer portals
- Investigate payer enrollment denials and errors, ensuring resolution
- Review payer correspondence and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with the RCM and Strategy & Operations teams to resolve enrollment tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records in Candid Health systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Meet departmental KPIs for quality and production
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company workflows
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of revenue cycle management experience (medical billing or healthcare/healthtech)
- EDI enrollment experience preferred; Change Healthcare familiarity a plus
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter mindset with ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Cooperative, positive attitude when working across teams
