What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from individuals impacted by disasters; provide clear, empathetic guidance per client protocols.
- Document each interaction in web-based systems; verify and update customer information.
- Perform required outbound calls (e.g., surveys, follow-ups) to gather client-specific information.
- Actively listen, identify needs, and share relevant resources to ensure a best-in-class experience.
- Adhere to schedule, quality, and productivity goals; use performance data to improve outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior call center or customer service experience (highly preferred).
- Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
- Confident computer user: navigate multiple tabs/windows and web apps with ease.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment assessments, and internet speed test.
- Able to obtain/maintain any required program clearance.
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Wired, non-cellular high-speed internet (Fiber/DSL/Cable). Hotspots, satellite, and wireless home internet not allowed.
- Must meet program-specific minimum speed requirements.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable computer equipment to complete assessments (laptop/desktop required for the “Digital Interview”).
Schedule & Status
- Remote, U.S.
- Temporary assignment; shift adherence required.
- Complete required Digital Interview & assessments at the end of the application (use a computer/laptop and wait for the purple link to load).
