Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Start Date: 12/01/25
  • Monday–Friday
    • 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM CST
  • One weekend day every 4th week

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2C customers (leads only; no cold calling)
  • Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and guide them through options
  • Communicate pricing and collect initial lease payments
  • Upsell relevant products based on customer requirements
  • Document interactions and follow up promptly

What You Need

  • 1+ year of sales or commission-based retail experience
  • Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling multiple systems
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by earning potential
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Reside in the United States
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
