Schedule

  • Full-time role, day shift
  • Remote within the following states only: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, TN, TX, UT, WV

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain dialer campaigns according to specifications
  • Create and apply filters and sort criteria to optimize productivity
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, recommending improvements
  • Prepare and provide reports on dialer performance
  • Assist with resolving routine dialer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document processes and procedures for dialer administration
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members and internal partners

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of operations experience
  • Dialer experience and statistical analysis preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Proven ability to multitask and build cooperative relationships across teams
