Schedule
- Full-time role, day shift
- Remote within the following states only: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, TN, TX, UT, WV
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain dialer campaigns according to specifications
- Create and apply filters and sort criteria to optimize productivity
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, recommending improvements
- Prepare and provide reports on dialer performance
- Assist with resolving routine dialer issues and escalate when necessary
- Document processes and procedures for dialer administration
- Maintain professional relationships with team members and internal partners
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of operations experience
- Dialer experience and statistical analysis preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Proven ability to multitask and build cooperative relationships across teams
