Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Monday–Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate settlements with creditors and opposing counsel via phone, email, and fax
- Strategize case management and calculate acceptable settlement percentages
- Partner with attorneys to submit and finalize settlement offers
- Maintain accurate records in company software and meet monthly settlement goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of debt negotiation experience (required)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change
- Legal office experience a plus, but not required
