Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift per week required
- One Saturday shift every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Assist new dealers through onboarding, selling program features and benefits
- Provide training and support to dealers on applications and account processes
- Accurately enter dealer information and documents in Salesforce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, and TrustLayer
- Conduct approval and denial calls, ensuring clear communication of program details
- Support existing dealers to increase program usage and business levels
- Respond to dealer and internal staff requests by phone or email
- Assist other departments with credit application processing and verification as needed
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, marketing, communication, or related field OR 2 years of sales/marketing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF
- Strong analytical, math, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to change, and perform under pressure
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
