Schedule
- Full-time role
- Remote position (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Assist new dealers with onboarding, program questions, and selling program benefits
- Conduct dealer training sessions and provide ongoing support
- Enter accurate dealer information and documents in systems such as Salesforce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, and TrustLayer
- Handle dealer approval and denial calls, ensuring understanding of program details
- Respond to dealer and internal staff requests, resolving inquiries via phone/email
- Work with existing dealers to increase business levels and program usage
- Support other departments with credit application processing, verification calls, and customer service coverage as needed
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field OR 2+ years of sales/marketing experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF (Illustrator a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports and documents
- Strong math skills (percentages, commissions, discounts, etc.)
- Team player with ability to work under deadlines and adapt to change
