  • Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Enter and maintain dealer information and upload supporting documents in internal systems
  • Contact dealers for missing items (stipulations, signed docs, liability insurance, required state licensing, etc.)
  • Use state licensing board sites to verify business, finance, and/or contractor licenses
  • Respond to dealer and internal questions about state licensing requirements
  • Review licensing applications and payment confirmations for new licenses and monitor renewals
  • Communicate with federal, state, and local agencies to confirm compliance
  • Track licensing status changes and research whether dealers need additional licensing/insurance
  • Process and monitor liability insurance policies to ensure dealer compliance
  • Keep clear documentation and notes per company policy
  • Handle other tasks as assigned

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing (or related) plus 1 year experience in marketing/sales, OR 2 years marketing/sales experience
  • Comfortable with Word processing and spreadsheets (plus general software tools)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with limited standardization
  • Clear communication skills for handling questions and compliance-related issues
  • Dependable, deadline-focused, accurate, and adaptable
