What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for Authorized Dealers via phone and email
- Research and resolve declined contracts and funding blockers
- Support address validation and account audits
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealer activity and system access
- Monitor dealer activity for fraud risks and escalate concerns
- Add or update users in Equifax and internal systems
- Review documentation to update customer accounts and approve installations
- Complete outbound welcome surveys with new customers
- Handle inbound calls from customers and dealers to verify or update information
- Participate in special projects as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years of customer service or business experience
- Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, analyze issues, and work independently
- Attention to detail, strong judgment, and team-focused mindset
