What You’ll Do
⦁ Enter insurance policy information and documentation accurately into carrier and company portals
⦁ Review policy documents and submissions to confirm details are correct and complete
⦁ Check submissions for adherence to underwriting guidelines before processing
⦁ Communicate professionally with Managing Partners and Brokers to collect missing documents or fix submission gaps
⦁ Support additional underwriting projects and admin tasks as assigned
⦁ Maintain quality standards while managing volume and deadlines
What You Need
⦁ Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
⦁ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a quality-first mindset
⦁ Strong time management and organization skills
⦁ Comfort learning new portals and working across multiple systems
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
⦁ Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
