Requirements
This is a part-time work from home position. The pay rate $14.00-$15.00 an hour.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist completes clerical tasks to document information and works within the marketing database platform to engage with prospective customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Provides administrative support to various departments as needed.
Promotes high-quality customer service processes.
Works with the Relationship Management Department to provide customer support and record management in HubSpot platform.
Assists with inquiries from the community including prospective customers.
Develops and expands relationships by actively promoting our services to existing and prospective clients.
Forwards referral opportunities to appropriate staff promptly.
Communicates effectively with the team(s) for the purpose of meeting goals and deadlines.
Completes other related tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum two years’ experience working with database programs; experience in sales or customer service role preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and web-based database
systems; CRM experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful.
Excellent communicator with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
Must have strong strategic/analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work at a rapid pace with accuracy to meet goals and deadlines.
Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems.
Must have own computer, printer, smartphone with data plan, and high-speed internet connection.
