What You’ll Do
- Gather and prepare data from multiple systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS, job boards) for analysis and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline trends
- Visualize and interpret data to support recruiting strategy and business decisions
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, and IT to ensure accurate, consistent data
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support process improvements, including automation
- Apply foundational skills in Excel, Power BI, or SQL to real-world projects
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 0–2 years’ experience in a data-related role, preferably HR or business operations
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI or Tableau familiarity a plus
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills
- Comfort working collaboratively in a remote team environment
