Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
  • One evening shift until 9 PM and one Saturday (8 AM–4 PM) every 7 weeks

What You’ll Do

  • Verify customer loan information via inbound/outbound calls (identity, SSN, address, employment, project completion)
  • Document updates and call notes accurately across systems
  • Explain account details (interest, statements) and route questions to the right team
  • Flag and escalate verification or risk-related issues; support dealer calls on disputes
  • Review processing status and ensure cases move to the correct department
  • Follow FFC policies, procedures, and quality standards

What You Need

  • Fluent Spanish and English (phone-ready professionalism)
  • 2+ years in call center or customer service
  • Strong typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, email, web)
  • Sharp attention to detail, active listening, and critical thinking
  • Steady under deadlines; collaborative and coachable
