Full-time, remote position. Preference for candidates based in Pacific Time Zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a distributed team of customer support specialists.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Rippling’s Payroll Core product.
  • Design onboarding, QA, and training programs to support team growth and product evolution.
  • Track team KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to drive continual improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver insights to leadership on support trends, process efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Champion data-driven experimentation to refine support strategies and reduce inbound contact volume.

What You Need

  • 3–4+ years of experience managing a support team within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong background in operations, systems management, and customer experience.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and maintain high service levels.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience designing scalable training and performance programs.
  • Agile problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A hands-on leader with a learning mindset and people-first approach.
