Schedule
- Temporary, full-time role through December 31, 2025
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm MST
- Remote position with benefits and completion bonus
What You’ll Do
- Field and resolve overnight patient support requests each morning.
- Respond to inbound questions via phone, email, and SMS in a timely manner.
- Assist clinical managers and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes.
- Escalate questions and issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Maintain accurate appointment documentation and records.
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer or patient service experience, including healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk and EHR systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
