Schedule
- Full-time
- 4-day workweek
- Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Next hiring class starts March 2nd with mandatory training for the first four weeks

What You’ll Do
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers, partners, users, and community members
- Use active listening to understand concerns, confirm details, and respond professionally
- Balance speed and efficiency with a high-quality customer experience
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when needed
- Manage non-standard delivery situations with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
- Log interactions accurately and resolve issues using Salesforce and internal tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in tech or logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to connect with different personalities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
- Coachable mindset with ability to receive feedback and improve support quality
- Proactive approach and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends
- Plus: Salesforce experience
