Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Priority for Pacific Time (excluding WA) and Australia-based candidates
  • Must support live chat coverage and queue performance

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound chat support in Intercom
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Follow up on pending/snoozed conversations
  • Validate and contribute to macros, articles, and bot responses
  • Track patterns and report trends
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes
  • Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams

What You Need

  • Experience with Intercom, Zoom, Slack, or similar tools
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
  • Comfort communicating in support and training settings
