Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (USA)
  • Preference for candidates on the West Coast; hybrid options available in San Francisco, Denver, or New York offices
  • Standard weekday schedule with cross-team collaboration

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver timely, high-quality support for Level 1 customer inquiries, primarily related to billing, claims processing, product functionality, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Billing teams to resolve issues and strengthen internal processes.
  • Create SOPs, macros, and knowledge-base articles to drive efficiency within Support workflows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and work with leadership to implement solutions.
  • Escalate technical issues effectively, providing clear documentation to product and engineering teams.

What You Need

  • 3–6 years of experience in healthtech customer support.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processing (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (API and platform integrations a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills with a proven record of clear, empathetic customer interactions.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data security.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $125,000 USD annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
