Schedule
- Full-time, remote (USA)
- Preference for candidates on the West Coast; hybrid options available in San Francisco, Denver, or New York offices
- Standard weekday schedule with cross-team collaboration
What You’ll Do
- Deliver timely, high-quality support for Level 1 customer inquiries, primarily related to billing, claims processing, product functionality, and feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Billing teams to resolve issues and strengthen internal processes.
- Create SOPs, macros, and knowledge-base articles to drive efficiency within Support workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and work with leadership to implement solutions.
- Escalate technical issues effectively, providing clear documentation to product and engineering teams.
What You Need
- 3–6 years of experience in healthtech customer support.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing (preferred, not required).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (API and platform integrations a plus).
- Strong written communication skills with a proven record of clear, empathetic customer interactions.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data security.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $125,000 USD annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
