What You’ll Do

  • Support customers through chat and email
  • Document customer pain points and advocate for product improvements
  • Create educational resources for users
  • Partner with tier 2 support and engineering to troubleshoot technical issues

What You Need

  • 2+ years of SaaS support experience (bonus for Shopify or technical tools)
  • Strong written English communication
  • Comfort with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts
  • Ability to work independently in an async environment
  • Experience with support tools like Pylon, Notion, etc.
