Remote Customer Support Specialist
Insurance is a product that everyone needs but not everyone understands. This position will allow you to showcase your insurance prowess by help our customers over the phone, but also manage other processing tasks that arise throughout the day!
A typical day will include:
- Support the inbound team by managing incoming calls during peak hours.
- Address incoming customer requests received through email, texts, and chat.
- Manage miscellaneous processing tasks as required.
- Provide assistance with insurance reviews during customer outreach whenever necessary.
- Follow and meet monthly performance objectives/targets.

- Address questions and find solutions for clients by assisting with customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow-up work from client interactions.
- Recommend potential coverages and policies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
