About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of support for our Hello Heart users. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. (Must be located PST/MT/CST time zone, Spanish fluency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
Become a product expert and educate customers as well as internal partners on Hello Heart functionality
Identify, document, and report technical issues
Qualifications:
Previous experience with Zendesk required
1-2 years of customer support experience at a SaaS/Med tech company
Proven experience identifying, debugging, and documenting technical issues
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Spanish Speaking is a plus
Working hours according to time zone location:
PST: 9am-5pm
MST: 10am-6pm
CST: 11am-7pm
