Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the U.S.
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
- Flexibility to work hybrid or in-office if near an EverCommerce location
- May require occasional travel to headquarters in Denver, CO, or other offices in North America
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Provide training, support, and guidance on the Brio platform
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust
- Help clients understand best practices to maximize product value
- Contribute to the development of team and departmental best practices
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success
- Continuously increase product and industry knowledge
- Support customers in becoming experts on all Brio features
What You Need
- 1+ years of customer service or support experience
- Experience delivering technical training in-person or online
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships
