Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Standard hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm MST
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Eligible to work without visa sponsorship
- May require travel to Denver, CO HQ or other offices
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Provide product support, training, and guidance for Brio software
- Consult with customers to recommend best practices for their business
- Build trust and nurture customer relationships
- Document and share knowledge to improve department resources
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer needs
- Consistently expand your product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- 1+ year in customer service or technical support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering technology training (in-person or virtual) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
- SaaS support or project management experience is a plus

Compensation
$17.00 – $19.75 per hour, depending on experience, location, and market factors.
