What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely and professional customer service via phone and email
  • Identify customer issues, recommend solutions, and offer workarounds or upgrades
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and translating issues between customers and technical teams
  • Deliver focused training to help customers use Resware effectively
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while protecting sensitive customer data
  • Act as a trusted feedback loop for product improvements

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate, title, or escrow industry
  • Strong software skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service/support experience via phone and email
  • Ability to work with all levels of customers—from end users to executives
  • Organized, empathetic, and highly professional
