Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Required shift: 10am–6pm MST, Monday–Friday
- Base pay: $15/hour
What You’ll Do
- Assist potential customers with navigating our online insurance shopping platform and obtaining quotes
- Support existing customers with administrative and billing questions via phone, chat, and email
- Document customer interactions using support software and propose process improvements
- Deliver high-quality customer service that builds trust and reduces fear in choosing and using health insurance
- Work collaboratively with the Support team to consistently delight customers
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume contact center
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems or CRM tools
- Passion for helping people, especially small businesses navigating health insurance
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
