- Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm MST
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with navigating online insurance shopping and obtaining health insurance quotes.
- Answer billing and administrative questions via phone, chat, and email.
- Document all interactions in support ticketing software.
- Work in a high-volume contact center environment with a focus on quick and thorough resolutions.
- Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Strong multitasking and productivity skills.
- Passion for helping people, especially with healthcare.
- Experience with support ticketing or CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
