Schedule
- Full-time role (remote option available for qualified candidates, or in office in Richardson, TX)
- Flexible scheduling with support for home office setup
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with dealership service managers and staff via phone and email
- Develop expertise in Dynatron’s software to support customer requests
- Research, resolve, and document customer issues with high accuracy and efficiency
- Use consultative questioning to fully understand and address customer needs
- Maintain detailed task notes and effective documentation
- Increase usage and adoption of Dynatron products among existing customers
- Support special projects and collaborate across teams as assigned
What You Need
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly
- 1–2 years of dealership service department or automotive industry experience preferred
- Analytical skills with knowledge of measurement processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with adaptability to different client needs
