Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Preferred hours: 10:00am–6:30pm MST or 9:00am–5:30pm PST
- Locations include: Chicago IL, Brownsville TX, Irvine CA, Reno NV, Bellevue WA, Phoenix AZ
- Salary range: $19.76 – $29.83/hour
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using established processes and tools.
- Provide timely, complete resolutions with customer satisfaction as the goal.
- Track, document, and investigate issues using Salesforce and other systems.
- Apply strong listening and questioning skills to uncover and resolve problems fully.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels while maintaining professionalism.
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in a call center strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
