Schedule

  • Part-time, remote (must reside in AL, OK, PA, MS, or NH)
  • Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 5 PM PT (self-schedule minimum of 20 hours per week)
  • 90-day project commitment (with potential for extension)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide information on services and the sign-up process
  • Share updates on customer accounts and service status
  • Deliver clear, supportive, and accurate customer care

What You Need

  • Pleasant and professional phone presence
  • Previous call center experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong multitasking, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, energetic, and curious attitude
  • Ability to learn new information daily

Workspace Requirements

  • Desktop/laptop with Windows 10 or newer, 8GB RAM minimum
  • Wired Ethernet internet connection (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
  • High-quality noise-canceling USB headset
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Webcam and smartphone for security/authentication
  • Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and 2FA
