Schedule

  • Full-time, Call Center Operations
  • Training: October 6–24, 2025 (3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, attendance required)
  • Assigned set schedule post-training (days, evenings, weekends, holidays may be required)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls and emails with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Resolve inquiries through negotiation, education, and ownership of customer issues
  • Navigate customers through products and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Track, document, and escalate customer issues or complaints to improve processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and recommend improvements
  • Adhere to evolving processes to maintain operational excellence

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of call center support experience, or successful completion of internal promotion criteria
  • Must pass a Spanish/English bilingual verbal assessment
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or payments industry
  • CRM experience (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred)

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce Service Cloud a plus)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and communication abilities

Compensation

  • Typical Pay Range: $18.55 – $29.55/hour
  • Market-based ranges:
    • California: $21.30 – $36.95
    • Colorado: $18.55 – $31.05
    • New York: $20.40 – $36.95
    • Washington: $19.45 – $34.00
    • Maryland: $19.45 – $32.50
    • Washington DC: $21.30 – $34.00
    • Illinois: $18.55 – $32.50
    • New Jersey: $21.30 – $34.00
    • Vermont: $18.55 – $29.55
  • 10% premium pay for hours worked between 5:00 PM–6:00 AM and weekends (where applicable)
