Schedule
- Fully remote – must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver world-class customer support via written communication (97% of interactions) and occasional calls
- Troubleshoot and simplify complex issues for customers, providing clear, actionable solutions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and elevate the customer experience
- Maintain product expertise across Planning Center’s suite of tools
- Track and communicate customer trends to influence product and process improvements
What You Need
- U.S. residency and work eligibility (no H-1B sponsorship)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to write clear, empathetic, and concise support responses
- Experience with software, computers, and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Openness to feedback with a commitment to learning and growth

- $69,000/year starting salary with growth up to $91,000/year
