Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (open to residents of CT, MA, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL & TX)
- $18.25/hour
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
- Must be available until 6:00 PM daily, with evening coverage (until 8:00 PM) at least two nights per week
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from clients and drivers
- Troubleshoot SaaS platform issues and guide customers through solutions
- Conduct employment verifications and process compliance documents
- Educate clients on DOT and FCRA regulations, drug testing, and background checks
- Maintain expertise in Foley products and ensure customer understanding
- Build and maintain positive client relationships while documenting interactions
- Handle escalated issues, collaborating with Compliance, Sales, and IT teams
- Promote Foley’s reputation by delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior SaaS or CRM support experience preferred
- Background in chat support or customer-facing roles
- Experience in a remote work environment a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Flexible to work shift-based schedules, including evenings
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and accountability
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in long-term professional growth
