What You’ll Do
- Handle customer support tickets covering technical troubleshooting, billing, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Diagnose issues and guide users through fixes to get servers back online quickly
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers across a range of experience levels
- Act as the bridge between users and technical systems, ensuring issues are resolved with precision and follow-through
- Manage multiple tickets efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Excellent written communication with a friendly, professional tone
- Strong problem-solving and technical reasoning skills
- Ability to juggle multiple ticket types (technical + billing + cancellations) without dropping the ball
- Solid understanding of game server environments and hosting fundamentals
