Therapy Flow is seeking a Customer Support Agent to deliver world-class service and technical support to clients. This role involves troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through tools and platforms, and ensuring a seamless client experience across Therapy Flow’s products and services.

- Full-time
- Remote (U.S. only)
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional, timely support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues for clients
- Assist customers in navigating CRMs, automation tools, and industry-specific platforms
- Document common issues and resolutions to enhance efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customer challenges
- Educate clients on product features, best practices, and success strategies
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with customer success, product, and technical teams
- Support client onboarding and create FAQ documents, guides, and internal knowledge resources
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or service preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical solutions
- Experience with CRMs and support platforms (Zendesk, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries at once
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for helping people and delivering an exceptional customer experience
