Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Mandatory 5-week training: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST
  • After training: rotating schedule (four weekdays + Saturdays)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with loan inquiries, payment arrangements, account maintenance, and program enrollments
  • Safeguard customers and the business by following compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory guidelines
  • Actively listen, troubleshoot, and solve problems across multiple platforms
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining high service standards
  • Contribute to team and department goals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Educate customers on financial responsibility using system data and product knowledge

What You Need

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (including 2+ years in high-volume contact centers)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial information
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, browsers, and Windows-based applications
  • Ability to attend mandatory training and maintain reliable attendance
  • Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping people
  • Reliable, distraction-free remote environment with dependable internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in collections or sales-oriented contact centers (a plus, not required)
