Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Mandatory 5-week training: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST
- After training: rotating schedule (four weekdays + Saturdays)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with loan inquiries, payment arrangements, account maintenance, and program enrollments
- Safeguard customers and the business by following compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory guidelines
- Actively listen, troubleshoot, and solve problems across multiple platforms
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining high service standards
- Contribute to team and department goals with accuracy and efficiency
- Educate customers on financial responsibility using system data and product knowledge
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer service experience (including 2+ years in high-volume contact centers)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial information
- Proficiency with G-Suite, browsers, and Windows-based applications
- Ability to attend mandatory training and maintain reliable attendance
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping people
- Reliable, distraction-free remote environment with dependable internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in collections or sales-oriented contact centers (a plus, not required)
